Steps of Design/Build:

- Review of preliminary design with designer, consultant and owner.
- Upon acceptance of design plan, arrange site assessment with trade specialists.
- Product selections, review by design, trades and production.
- Final scope development and pricing.
- Order acceptance, deposit for construction.
- Permit obtained and products ordered.
- Turnover meeting and job scheduled.
- Construction.
